If you are getting a dry mouth you need fluids!! First sign of dehydration. You need to drink, sister!!

The same thing happened to me when I did the Ideal Protein Diet. Once your body gets over the carb withdrawals the hunger goes away. Your body goes into Ketoacidosis so make sure you amp up your water

I'm on day 8 of my 14 day pre-op diet and feel like I'm doing well. Down 15lbs, sticking to my diet and following the rules. But I have noticed my hunger decreasing. I don't feel hungry for my breakfast and by the time it hits lunch I'm slightly hungry but can't get much in before I feel full. Dinners is about normal but I am eating even smaller portions then what my diet is supposed to be. I try to eat my portions to get my protein levels in but I can't without feeling nauseas. Plus, I feel like I'm getting dry mouth. Has anyone else had anything like this?
