I was surprised this morning when I was going over my paperwork from my dr.'s visit yesterday (went for back pain) but it reads my BMI is 33.1 when I started the process it was 37. I'm so happy.

Not proud but I went from 94 to 61, dropped 180 lbs so far since 3-21-12
