    I have been taking my PPI for a year now for the same thing, sliming(gurgling). Pantoprazole 40mg twice a day does the trick. $10 per month with insurance.

    I bought some of there boxed dinners and gave most away to the local food bank, the only one that was somewhat ok was the chicken ravioli, I would never buy them again.

    Most F/F frozen yougurts are super high in carbs, not good. Looking for a frozen sweet treat I found Skinny Cow at the grocery and the total count is very acceptable, I like the chcolate or vanilla flying saucers almost tastes like Carvel.

    Sliming is throwing up clear mucus, I get it almost everytime I eat just a little to much or something that doesn't agree with steve(the name of my sleeve)(yes I named it).I can really clear a restaurant when it happens

    The first week of my pre-op diet I would wake up crying that I'm starving but had to remember the big picture. The first 2 weeks is the hardest thing you will ever do and be thankful for it. I am down 216 lbs now in the first 9 months and would do it again in a heartbeat.

    Yes, I contacted my HR department and they made an exception after my local manager pushed for it for me. I am almost 8 months post op 3-21-12 and down 198 lbs so far and feeling GREAT. Keep trying no matter what they tell you

    You are doing great, keep it up-I mean keep it off lol I am down 160 lbs since 3-21-12 still have a ways to go but I am finally going in the right direction. We went to Famous Daves lst night(bbq) and the manager came over and asked if my food was ok(with a puzzled look) I said it was GREAT, he said am I sure as I only ate 1 rib 1 small piece of chicken and a fork full of cole slaw, I told him about my VSG and he comped my meal WOW
