6 Weeks Today

I am 6 weeks out today. I jumped on the scale this morning expecting it to be stubornly the same. I played basketball for 2 hours last night and nearly killed myself! But when I got on the scale I lost 4 lbs! I have lost 60 pounds total. Woohoo!

    Wonderful Job!!! Did you lose any of the 60lbs on a pre op diet? If so how much? Im on the pre op diet right now :)
