Head Hunger

Any suggestion on how to overcome this head hunger? And will I have to deal with this forever. Or is this just part of the journey?

    No the head hunger will go away eventually. Hang in there and be patient. It lasted about 12 weeks for me but I'm sure everyone is different.

    I'm newly slewed, 8 days out. I've stuck with the sugar-free stuff, but I still feel like I'm overdoing it. Am I justifying it by saying that I've had too many sugar free items today, because I'm suffering from head hunger?
