ALso u think it would be ok to have a lil lemon n chilli powder?? OMG IM HORRIBLE i know but i love lemon ...lol

Ive had both and neither one has given me any problems. Just start off little by little and then when you see if it sits well then add more. I too am part mexican and i absolutely love limon and salsa! I feared i would never get to have spicy foods again but so far so good. Im making some yummy salsa roja right now and i cant wait to have me a lil on my food.

that sure does!! lol

I was cleared to have mushies 7 days after surgery. The first item on the food suggestion list was chili, and we were specifically told to not be afraid of flavor or spice. My husband made chili as usual (super spicy) and it was wonderful.

My best dish for mushies is a Tilapia filet with some chili powder, topped with tomatillo-avocado salsa. Spice it up as much as you like. Great protein, great spicy/tangy flavor and easy on the sleeve.

You can add spice right from she start. When I was in mushies I was mixing smashed green chillies & jalapenos to refried Beans. & was eating buffalo chicken dip.

I also had egg drop Soup w/ lots of Sriracha
