Weight Loss And Time

I know everyone's different but I was just wondering how much weight people have lost and in what amount of time. I'm only 3 weeks out and struggling with food a little. I think I'm just looking for some inspiration.

Thanks!

Im 4 months out and I lost 60lbs. Im 5'7 ..Went from 315 to 255. Probably could have lost more had I been more healthier on a few of my food choices :)

I am 2 1/2 months out. Highest weight was 273. Surgery weight was 248.8 and my weight this morning is 212.8.

60.2 pounds all together, 33 after surgery.
