  3. I could have written this post! I'm 6 months out and down 90lbs. My first goal is 100 by 12/31. Hmmmmm. I'm exercising, but the snacking needs to get a k under control. With the busyness of the holidays I'm not eating the way I was.

  5. And vomiting bc you are too full is not like when you are sick. It comes up very easily. I'm 8 weeks out and still get sick 2-3 times a week. Mostly bc I've eaten too fast, therefore too much.

  7. It's basically a spandex tube to hold your unbuttoned/unzipped pants up. Check it out on the motherhood maternity website.
  8. SO I was talking with a friend yesterday about the fact that I was going to have to go shopping today for some work clothes because school starts Monday and my pants are all falling off. I had an epiphany. When I was pregnant I bought Bella bands to be able to wear my pants longer when I didn't need maternity clothes yet and then wore them after as well. Well, why not apply that same principle to weight loss? So, I bought my pants tight today at lane Bryant along with a belly band at motherhood. It's freaking genius! I'll be able to wear te pants before they actually button, therefore getting longer wear out of them!
  9. I'll be 7 weeks out Monday. This is my first plateau. I guess that's one thing to be thankful for!
  10. UGh! This is frustrating. Up a lb, down a lb. been doing this for a week. I understand that my body needs to catch up. I'm down 55 lbs so far. It's just......UGH!!
  11. Normal. Chew some tums or take something like Zantac or Pepcid.
  12. My dr doesn't prescribe it anymore. He said that the research shows that there isn't a whole lot of difference between taking it and not so he quit a few months ago. My daughter has liver disease a takes it. We have to get it compounded.

  15. I started taking b12 and it really helped. The first 3 weeks were exhausting! It's gotten much better 6 weeks out!
  16. I have premier shakes in the fridge. And I do like them, but the thought of drinking one right now nauseates me. I'm real careful with the lemonade and won't drink it unless ive eaten something prior to. It tastes crazy good though! :-)
  17. I'M 6.5 weeks out and down a total of 57 lbs. Sill having reflux issues. Doc prescribed Prevacid at my appt tues nd insurance is giving me fits. Still waiting. I've Ben taking OTC Pepcid since week two but it wears off at night. I'm having issues with excessive sweating. It's constant! Anyone else!? I'm also finding that nothing I drink tastes good! Today I bought minute maid 15 lemonade and it is currently making me happy. I'm having a hard time getting all my Protein in. I'm just over protein shakes! Ugh!
  18. It is good! I wish they made lemon. That's my fave! Therefore I still buy yoplait!
