Switching Up My Protein Shake

Hi, I'm new here but I just wanted to post about shakes. I'm 12 days post-op and still drinking my shakes but I got so bored. So today I added a tablespoon of sugar-free pistachio jello pudding mix. It was delish!

Sounds interesting, what shake are you using?

My Nutritionist actually recommended the same thing. She said to use sugar free puddings or flavorings to change things up!

I'm using designer whey vanilla from target.

You can add sugar free syrups like Torani or Davinci for flavor variation too.

And PB2 (defatted, peanut powder) - yum!!

I like to add a scoop of instant decaf coffee to mine. Makes a protein shake taste like coffee icecream. so good!

That sounds delish! I just ordered the PB2! I'll let you know how it goes!

Today I purchased the Unjury chicken soup it has 21grams protein, and I got premiere protein shakes from SAMs club they have 30 grams. Tomorrow I start purée and full liquids so we shall see how it goes. I can't wait!!!
