Hey guys is it normal not to have any weight loss for two weeks? I'm 40 days out...lost 28 lbs and doing about 700-800 cal a day with 81-106 grams of protein ( per the nut's request). The only thing is that I havn't done the walking/working out hardly at all ( my bad!). But I would think that I would lose something. The nut doesn't seem too bothered by it...but ya know how we can get if nothing comes off....So words of wisdom from everyone....Thanks so much.
