    Good luck tomorrow. Advice...keep that positive excited attitude and get up and walk, walk, walk as soon as you can when you get out of recovery. :)

    Good luck. Remember the first few hours are for recovery. Rest and walk as soon as your body is ready. Check in as soon as you are up to it.
