July 11. Surgery Day Is Here.

Nurse just got me up to start prep tests and such. I met tamtamz who is here too. She rocks. Omar is great. Cece is sweet and the staff are lovely. I'm a bundle of nerves. They are coming in for Iv and such soon.

I wish I had a robe to cover my backside. Haha. I am glad I brought a small fuzzy blanket from home...

Eeeeeek im nervous.

Surgery went well yesterday, Recovery is ok. It's such a learning curve! Most important lesson learned is do not go a long time without pain meds. OMG. That was horrible. My other advise is walk sip

Sending up a prayer your way! Good luck with your surgery and recovery. You will be seated on the loser's bench before you know it, with your backside hanging out  (couldn't resist that one)

Hugs to you!
