Kind Bars

I saw them on tv last week while I was in the hospital....then I saw a VSG post-op person on you tube talk about them (I forgot her name), I was wondering have anyone on here heard of them and would recommend them for protien??

I ordered some, they are at the post office so i need to go get them to see the nutritional value on them. I can't remember what they were. I hope they are good and good for us.

They are delicious!! There is one bar that has 10 grams of protein. Most of the others only have like 4 or 5. I got mine throu qvc. Saw them on one evening and ordered. Glad I did.

Yes, I've tried these, they are very good. Some don't have as much protein as others. The chocolate peanut buttrr ones ar delicious! They are like a sweet treat!
