What are July Sleevers doing to pass the time? I have another month left for the end of the year and I don't know what to do. I was told not to start my pre-op liquid diet yet , I have not a clue as to what to do while waiting? I am hearing all these numbers about percentage of weightloss after surgery do you know is the wightloss percentage 30% 50% less or more?

I am scheduled for 7/23 and can't wait. I was relieved to know I could enjoy 4th of July and my 5 year wedding anniversary on 7/7 before starting my liquid diet on 7/10. I'm joining the July thread and can't wait to share my experience with your ll and hear your stories as well!

I'm July 9th too!! I had my endoscope today and now I'm just waiting for the day to come.. I cannot wait for my new life to begin!!!

I know! Me to!!!!!!!!!!! IT's right before my 31st birthday, so I figure I'm starting out the best part of my life!

sorry guys, i've been MIA for a bit. dealing with some stuff in real life. and have been in a lot of back pain lately. I started a blog here if you're interested in reading it. I start my pre-op diet tomorrow. wish me luck because day 1 of the diet and i'll be at mom's all day. she is completely against my doing this, so should be interesting. How's everyone doing?

I'm slated for surgery on July 3rd and started my pre-op regime this Wednesday. Right now I'm supplementing one protein shake per day to replace one of my 3 main meals. Next week I'll replace 2 of the 3 meals, then finally all liquid leading up to the surgery.

I have to admit on Thursday I went out with my hubby and had a Rib-eye dinner with all the fixins. I did not feel one bit of guilt about it. I have been doing well since deciding to do the surgery so I did not feel one last harrah was out of order.

I'm back on the lean-mean meal plan and getting my exercise on!

My surgery is July 11th. I dont start my pre op diet till July 4th. I am driveing my husband crazy this is all I talk about.

After reading the boards for a while, I know I'm one of the heavyweight sleevers to be. I need to lose about 200 lbs.

Any other July peeps in the same boat?

That would be me! I don't have a date yet, but I am pretty sure it will be July. We are going to do awesome! I try to keep my goals realistic and right now am just focusing on the first 100. At the same time I have so much excitement about the things I will be able to do at that point, that I practically have happy feet!!

I am suppose to have surgery Juy 3rd also. My Dr. put me on my liquid diet starting next week

I'm just getting more and more excited by the hour! I'm not until July 11 but each day brings me

closer and everyday I get happier and try and do some activity to help keep me motivated
