What are July Sleevers doing to pass the time? I have another month left for the end of the year and I don't know what to do. I was told not to start my pre-op liquid diet yet , I have not a clue as to what to do while waiting? I am hearing all these numbers about percentage of weightloss after surgery do you know is the wightloss percentage 30% 50% less or more?

So I am home and slept through the night in my own bed! SO GOOD! I'm drinking pretty well, haven't had any problems with that, and am having half isopure clear drinks and half water and I really don't mind them at all! The best was I had some Swansons clear chicken broth. Lovely! Unfortunately can't seem to find any more in the shops right now, oh well my clear liquids is only til Sunday. So I am at home reading, watching videos and sipping, walking and using the blowy respirator exerciser thing. Doing good, sore tum, but bearable. Tapping on my iPhone so can't see who is sleeved soon on my list, but GOOD LUCK! It will be fine!

I'm doing all the sippy walky sleepy stuff. Am doing really well, went outside and walked around the block today, and am drinking a whole isopure clear plus lots of water and broth a day. Hope all my fellow sleevers are doing well too too. Hoping July 5th sleevers are all well xx thinking of you all!
