Im awake and starting day 3 of my full liquid preop diet!! So far I have done great! My motivating factor is I do not want a large incision! So everytime I want to give in i hold my hands out (------------------------) or O for an incision! Really helps me to visiualize my success!!

Starting day 3 of my liquid diet! Day 1 and 2 went great!! I has even able to do 38 minutes of cardio!! . July 6th will be here before I know it! Hope you all have a blessed and successful day!

So, Insurance has thrown a road block in my plans. I'm not letting it defeat me but it has definitely brought me down. I hope to get MORE documentation from my Dr. to help move forward.

This is my first post on this forum! ( yay me for jumping out of my comfort zone). Thank all of you for your comments and encouraging words about this topic. I'm in the early stages of the approval process but have been praying about this for about 2 years. The guilt has controlled be up to this point but I'm ready to take this step. My body is giving me signals that I need to make a change, and soon!!!
