I am worried because I am regularly getting in 1000-1400 cal/day.
I am getting in more than enough water and protein.
Is this normal? I am worried that my sleeve is not small enough adn that I will put the weight back on in 12-24 months. How many calories will I be able to take in 12-18 mo post op when the honeymoon phase is over???
