Thanks for posting this..my new life starts on Wednesday at 12:30. I am starting to doubt my decesion, as i have become a little frightened. I am sure this will past though..I know this is what I want and everything will be fine with God by my side.

I was terrified. I wanted to run away... i was afraid i was going to die in all honesty. I bawled my eyes out when i found out that with general anesthesia i wouldn't be breathing on my own. Then they gave me some anxiety meds, and i was a little calmer. The anastesiologist talked to me and re ashured me he was going to be watching me every second. And my surgeon was great. I'm hopeing i made the right choice. I mean i know i did and i know this is what i wanted and what was the best option for me to get my health under control. I will be keeping all of the soon to be sleevers in my thoughts because i know how scary it can be.

I'm just a few days in front of you and I was sleeved on Friday. I can relate with everything you're saying and it will get easier each day. it's still hard but I haven't had the benefit of watching the scale go down yet but as soon as it does I know I'll be verrrrryyyy happy :)
