I stopped taking my pills within two weeks... never had it bad

  • Author

It's not too bad but it's enough to make me feel really lousy and enough to make me take meds. I was given the gel and it's kind of expensive so I am just wondering what to plan for. Today I am 6 days post op and I don't know if I have nausea or what.., I feel just lousy! Did you have up and down days at first ?

That's how I felt when I was dehydrated. I am nauseous every morning until I take my protonix. I've always had an icky tummy in the morning, so this wasn't a surprise to me. (It's one of the reasons I was such a bad girl about eating breakfast.)

I'm 3 days post op and no nausea yet. I am still wearing my scopalomine patch behind my ear from the night before surgery. It makes my mouth dry but that also makes me drink more water so that's good.

I was never nauseous either ,but i do know that they put a patch behind my ear for nausea before surgery, and I think they gave me an injection also of anti nausea medicine
