I'm with you, these protein shakes are NOT doing it for me!! I get 1 meal a day (protein and veggie) and i hold onto that thought all day long!! Stay strong, it will be worth it!!

It gets easier. I had a really hard time at first. Hang in there!!!

I thought cooking for my family was going to be the hardest part. I prepare 3 meals a day just about every single day and it does get a lot better! Hang in there.

I hear ya! At first it was really hard to cook tasty things for son and husband. But once the weight started coming off I realized I'd rather not eat the same things as my family than not be able to enjoy family adventures because of my weight. What I also did is buy a pretty tablecloth, a pretty vase and pretty wine glasses. Then I drink my protein drink out of a nice glass and sit with my family at a beautiful table and make chit chat. You will survive this. Good luck!
