I was suppose to be full liquids for 2 weeks after surgery. I'm one week out and already on pureed food. Curious to see if I'll get to move to the soft foods/mushies early. 2 week follow up next Wednesday.

It's interesting to see the differences from program to program. Heck, the doctors within the same bariatric center where I had surgery differ. I think it also has to do with the doctor's evaluation of the patient and how the patient handles each stage.

Yeah legal ur so right. I will b 2 weeks out on Monday n anxious to move on to something besides liquids. Honestly though I'm a little confused about the difference between pureed n soft/mushies. I would have thought the soft/mushies would come before pureed. Apparently not.

I am 3.5 weeks out. At 2 weeks I was eating yogurt, eggs, beans, cottage cheese, cheese, applesauce, pudding, jello & protein shakes.
