I think for most people weightloss slows down after 6 months. It may very well take you longer than a year to lose all your weight, but that's ok, right? I've seen several people with under 100 lbs

If you keep to you plan you can lose weight as long as you need to. There's no time limit. Some people get tired of eating protein first and denying themselves whatever others around them are eating

I have heard that your weight loss will slow after a year for the sleeve. I am hoping to reach goal but at the rate I am going I don't think I will lose all 150 pounds by a year. I have lost 54 pounds but am worried I won't lose all the weight. Give me good news.
