I feel mine when I take that last bite and I just know I shouldn't take anymore and then in about 2-3 mins I feel full.

I also feel mine on the left side of my neck and collarbone, I HATE that feeling! I only feel it when I have taken one bite too many, so I try really hard to stop before then.

Also my neck and collar bone, but it will extend up into my eyes as well. It's an odd feeling, and I'm still trying to learn when I'm at the last bite vs one bite too any.

Mine feels a bit like my throat is closing. My stomach may or may not hurt momentarily, too (just for a second or two, no more - almost like a gas pain). Feeling full usually comes after this feeling. So far I don't think I've taken one bit too many, but I'm too soon out to know for sure.

My nose runs and then if I take another bite or sip it I can feel it in my chest dead and center. No fun 2 1/2 weeks out

Neck and collarbone. And I have the nose running thing now too. Weird!

i feel mine right in the center of my chest, my nose runs and i start sneezing.

I get a feeling like something is caught in my throat. That's my warning. One bite after that causes a tightness in my chest and a runny nose.

I feel it in my chest and then I get super hot.

Sent from my iPad using VST

Mine changes. First it was neck and shoulder, then I would hiccup right when it was time to stop, now its a feeling just under the diaphragm and the middle of my chest. Every time I think I have it figured out....
