  2. Haha! Not sure how much it weighs! I've noticed shoulder blade pain at various times, but worse after eating. Wierd thing is I've had no stomach pain. I am hoping to have an ultrasound on Friday.
  3. Just curious if anyone has had gallbladder issues post surgery??
  4. Does anyone have right shoulder blade pain when eating too much. Worried it may be my gallbladder, but not having any other signs/symptoms.
  5. What has the surgeon told you as to why no caffeine??
  6. Thank you so much for all the advice! I restarted my Generic Zantac & zofran for nausea. Drinking Gatoraide for electrolytes (can't tolerate plain water or flavored). If things don't improve quickly, I will call the dr. Thanks again for the input!!!
  7. Help!!! I was sleeved on 4/12. For the past 2 days almost every time I eat, it comes back up. This varies from just spitting up to many times full on vomiting. I am being careful not to overeat. I have noticed things I normally tolerate like protein shakes, isopure, etc now nauseate me to even think about them. Have anyone else had this happen. I'm very concerned. Not getting anywhere near protein & calorie requirements.
  8. Wow! I'm inspired! I am 3 wks post op today & having a hard time eating without getting sick. Not sure if the problem is food volume or the types of food. I can't wait to have a substantial weight loss!!
  9. Thank you all so much for the feedback. I am a nurse & feel like I should know what to do...but I don't! I'm used to taking care of others, not so much me. I've been walking 1-2 miles a day. Guess I could be laying down some muscle as well. I just want to see the scales move! Lol
  10. I am almost 3 wks post sleeve. Getting discouraged. Only lost about 12 lbs so far. I am walking 2 miles per day. Trying to get calories/protein in, but I know I'm missing the mark. I get sick frequently after eating..any suggestions??
