One Year Out

I'm one year out and I still have great restrictions. I can't only eat about three ounces of any meal. And drinking with a meal is still impossible. What are you all eatingat one or more years out? I have three lbs to go before I hit one hundred lbs lost.

I'm 8 mos out and eat 6-8 0z at a time depending on what the food is. Sometimes it's less than that. I can't drink much w meals.... Maybe a few sips. I wouldn't stress about ur 3 oz. Because ur sleeve might have been made smaller than mine. I was told and have read that it's normal to expand a couple of oz. But I don't over eat in fear of stretching. I started at 277 and weigh 175. I would like to lose another 10 or 15 then maintain. Sounds like ur doing great.

Wow! I'm inspired! I am 3 wks post op today & having a hard time eating without getting sick. Not sure if the problem is food volume or the types of food. I can't wait to have a substantial weight loss!!
