Are you getting in your fluids like Water or decaf tea? Sometimes a little decaf green tea, mint, dandelion, or chamomile can help settle the stomach. Being dehydrated can make you nauseous and harder
I am almost 5 weeks post-op and have been having trouble with eggs, hummus, Greek yogurt, oatmeal, protein shakes it seems just about anything that I eat. My stomach does this sickening feeling which causes me not to want to eat. I have only been able to take in 100-250 calories on a good day and that's if I eat crackers and peanut butter. That's the only thing that doesn't make me feel sick. I need help!! I want to be able to eat more.
