Finally Got Approved But I Have Problems

Hi!!! After basically just giving up I finally got approved yesterday. Now here is the problem. I have 3 meetings that I have already booked flights for 1 in April and 2 in the first two weeks of May!!!!!! The letter says that I need to have the surgery by March 26, but I go out of town on April 2. I don't know what to do. I didn't even call dr. Woodman's office back to set up labs and xrays.
