Sf Jello

Is sugar free jello ok the day after surgery? It's not specifically listed on the post op diet.

It is often considered a clear liquid. Chime in guys to verify.

I was given 2oz of sf jello in the hospital!

yup! but still chew it up! I am eating sfj right now, lol!

Take your spoon in the jello cup & swirl it all around to break it up, kinda make it "blended" -but it does help go down really easy, also I know it sounds yucky but swish the jello around in your mouth before you swallow. Makes this treat alot more enjoyable

Absolutely! First thing they gave to me about 8 hours after surgery. I have it almost daily because you can make it with unflavored Protein (I use Unjury) to boost your protein intake. One 3/4 cup serving is 6g protein/0.2 carbs/30cal.

I like to squeeze it around until it's liquid before I swallow!

Yup SF Jello can be had. I had it 3 hrs after surgery while in the hospital

The plate they brought me in the Hospital!!!! day after surgery

Bowl of chicken broth , bowl of beef broth, cup of red Jello, 2 small bottles of Water, 1- 16 oz of water, Minute Maid light lemonade, one cup of ice chips, cup of sweet tea..

Only could eat, 1 spoon of of chicken broth,, and 5 cubes of jello

SF jello is soo good. I can't even tell the difference in taste. I like the 60 cal pudding snacks they make too. My favorite is the dark chocolate tuxedo.

SF Jello was a staple for me post-op. SF Popsicles are great too! Make sure they are not the SF fruit bars, those have seeds in them. You want a SF POPSICLE. Congrats!
