I remember thinking, will this work. Maybe I can do it on my own...I was terrified and excited at the same time. I had lost 12 lbs. prior to surgery and 18 lbs. on my own before that. In the before pics I'm wearing a size 14 misses Levis and XL tank, and in the after taken a few minutes ago, I'm wearing a size 4 misses Levis and S tank. I still have my muffins, but at least they are mini compared to last year AND I don't work out like I should. Anyhoo, I'm so glad I had the support that talked me in to going for it and here I am today and couldn't be happier

So far, so good. I think I finally caught the hang of maintaining (knock on wood lol)...I bounce from 145-148, today 147 and started my period today, that in itself is another huge miracle. Before I could easily gain 5-10 lbs. on my period, it still blows my mind.
