One week weigh in......WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went this AM for my 1 week weigh in and I was.....(drum roll please) -16 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did my happy dance all over the MD office. :D

    WOW! Is that 16 pounds since you weighed the day of your surgery or 16 pounds including pre-op diet? Either way....AWESOME job!
