I had Sleves Surgery 4-21

I had sleve surgery last Thursday - it's has not been a bad experiece. However the proten shakes have been very diffcult to get "down". Does anybody have any suggestions or tip for me.

Hi Mdgirl, CONRATULATIONS!!! :D :D :D

My only suggestion to you is to have patience with yourself. You have just had MAJOR surgery and it's going to take a lot of time and practice to get to know the new you. Do what you can, and let you main focus be Water, and don't forget to walk and rest as well.
