Wow

1 year ago today I was in LA weightloss I started my weightloss journey at 408 pounds and finally got down to 343. And guess what they shut down all la weightlosses down for good and I was pretty much by myself again. Well I started my preop diet at 385 and now I am sooooo happy to say that I am down past my La weightloss final weight ..It feels good to finally be going in the right direction again..Just wanted to share...

Whooot!! That's awesome! We all have our little mini goals -- goals that mean something emotionally to us -- those goals, I think, are the best goals to meet :) So happy for you!

GREAT job !!!!!!!!!!!! Keep it up

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I agree with Julie...the mini goals that we set (and are sometimes emotionally tied to) are the BEST by far!!!

Congrats!

I like the idea of lots of little mini-goals. I'm going to work on setting mine this week.

Thanks for the idea!
