im having surgery on the 11th of Oct. I have all ready lost weight but i have a hard time seeing changes in myself. my daughter came up with a way i can see my changes. we bought a large sheet of paper large enough for me to trace my body on it. So we hung it on the wall and traced around my body, were gonna do this every month so i can see my changes. Kids are so cleaver!

I saw this link from You Tube, where a guy took a photo of himself every year for 8 yrs then made a 'film' out of it..... it would be awesome to do this from pre surgery thru the post and then target!
