I was pretty slow. 13 minute mile. (about 40 min to finish) I pushed my very heavy 1.5 year old in the jogging stroller too. I even talked on the phone for a few minutes. :o I didn't get really tired-like out of breath or anything. My calves did burn some, but I think that had to do with my very intense training session yesterday (I wanted to cry for my mommy by the end:001_unsure:). Otherwise, I was never out of breath-just sweaty, so I drank a ton of Water during and after.

My underarms are chafed now though. I use prescription deo and I put it on and thought I was going to die. It burned SO bad. I guess I need to up the usage of my body glide. (That sounds so dirty, but it is a useful product!)

I am going to try it again on Friday. I will let you know how it goes!

Wow! Congrats! I used to really enjoy running. Can't wait to get back into it.
