Green Giant "Just for One"... YUM!

Recommended Posts

So I was cruising the Target grocery section tonight and came across these yummy little finds! Green Giant Just for One... these are small pre-portioned veggies, some in light sauces, some not, that you can micro in less than 3 minutes, and they are like 40-80 calories per serving (per one small individual package). I tried the broccoli with cheese, 40 calories, and they follow WW points too. DELISH! Thought someone might be interested! (Scroll down the page to Just for One.)

I love these little things. I'm signed up for some coupons from various companies/stores, and I received 10 - $1 off coupon of these products.

I was super stoked because they are really great for myself and the kiddo.

New Coupons at Coupons.com- Progresso, Green Giant, Lots of Toy Coupons (Christmas anyone?) @ The Krazy Coupon Lady

I honestly can't remember where I signed up for the Green Giant and General Mills coupons I get in the mail. I've been couponing for years and get them via email and off those 2 sites for the most part.

Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.
