Tell me this lasts!!!

Had about 6oz of cream Soup yesterday for lunch,, felt full and bloated the rest of the day.. Did drink some Water.

I thought I would really be hungry this morning, but when I got up instead of thinking about food it never entered my mind until I noticed nothing sounded good. I want nothing to eat!! OMG,, please tell me I will always feel like this.. It is a wonderful feeling. I have been craving food so much. The thought of food does not sicken me, I just don't care for any thank you. I noticed when the food commercials came on tv last night they were not having the same affect, but thought I was just feeling stuffed. This morning I don't feel full or stuffed, stomach much flatter, and still not craving anything. Just prepared some powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury to get some Protein, but not that interested in it or really anything that has to do with food. I sure hope it lasts for the rest of my life.

Anyone else experienced this? :lol0:

Is this how skinny people feel that put down obese folks. They have no idea what it is like to have the food cravings like we have.

Good luck with your surgery, Stuck. We are cheering for you!

Rearranged my closet yesterday,, moved the 46s out and the 42s in.. Was a fun day..

I want to be YOU! :biggrin2:

Just 5 more days and I will be waiting for the numbers to start dropping so I can sit on the loser's bench!

Congrats! It is so inspiring to hear how well people are doing. It makes me very excited!

It was very encouraging to read this line of posts. I'm having a really bad/emotional pity party day, but it is so wonderful there are people ahead of me having better days.

most days i don't feel like eating but once i do, it seems like i get hungry quicker especially in the evenings. i am fighting it hard tonight. i know it is just head hunger. i can and will do this. i am 22# pounds away from wonderland and i feel like it will never get there. i am going so slow with weight loss. i am starting to work out everyday. i am feeling like such a failure. some days i am so bad with the things i eat.

My goodness! I look at your numbers and you are halfway to your goal! That is amazing! I think we are often way too hard on ourselves. We need to set smaller goals so we can Celebrate more often.

Tomorrow is a new day. Do something special for yourself .

Well....it does...and it doesn't, which is a good thing! You will eventually enjoy EVERYTHING you did before on a much smaller scale. I should probably post more often because I am a veteran almost 3 years out and I have a different perspective on things. I do get hungry often but it doesn't take much to fill me up but I can now eat a whole sandwhich if it doesn't have alot of filling in it, etc. but I can't eat chips or drink with it. I am everyone's favorite lunch date because they all want to split with me which really isn't a split because I eat about 1/3 and they eat the rest. Ice cream was my weakness but after about 1/2 a cup, I don't want any more because it makes me nauseous. My sister had her sleeve today and I am very excited for her! I now have to be reasonable about what I eat because I can put on a few pounds if I eat candy, etc. but it goes away really quickly and it is MUCH easier to behave than pre-surgery. Good luck to everyone, it gets easier and easier as time goes on...
