dpsnutrition.com has some great deals as well. Their website is very plain, but if you know what you are looking for, they are much more reasonable than say, GNC or Vitamin Shoppe.< /p>

Oregon, what Protein Drink did you use on the first clear days after surgery? I am having trouble deciding bc of taste. I know I have to have some drink.

I used GNC unflavored Protein powder and put it in no sugar added apple juice, sf Hawaiian punch, crystal lite, poweraide zero, etc.

I ended up mixing the rest of the unflavored that I didn't use, with one of my favorite chocolate Protein drinks.
