Any spirit is low cal, mixes r the problem.. I usually drink soda, but can't anymore... Maybe water and a dash of cordial maybe lemon.

I drink vodka and dry ginger ale and it works out to be about 160 cals for one standard drink, and in some cases the cals are less than vodka and tonic Water with a slice of lemon.

It's crazy that I even know that considering I don't count calories at all. :P

I normally drink wine... but if i do the "hard" stuff.. i try and stick with the Crown and water with a splash of 7up. Or i do Parrot bay rum with peach orchard juice...

Not sure of the calorie content but I usually go for gin and tonic or just a dirty martini. Not a lot of mixer in either and you can sip on them for a while to make them last. I know for me, post banded, there isn't as much to soak up the alcohol so you become a bit more of a lightweight than in the past.

Bud Select "55" = ( 55 cal ) so only 330 cal's for a six pack!

Bourbon = A 1-ounce serving of bourbon weighs 28 grams, has 10 g of alcohol and provides 70 calories.

Wine = ( about 540 cal ) depending on your choice. for the bottle of course! who has 4 ounces?!?? :)

6.36 four ounce servings in a 750ml (25.36 oz) Mulitply the serving calorie number by 6.36 and you will have your bottle calorie count.

No Moscato?? ;)

No Moscato?? ;)

HA! I am too lazy to type all that...it was copy and paste! :) So.....just for you Moscato drinkers.

"There are around 780 calories per bottle of Moscato wine."

Since I've been banded, I don't really care for alchol anymore. The three times I've tried social drinking, I've ended up throwing away money because I don't want it after just a few sips. I've heard this from a few other people so far.

Have you tried moscato d'asti? I love it although it's not band sanctioned.

Yes, I believe Catfish got that for me actually. It was delish!

I have flavored Vodka like absolute mango and soda water with a slice of lemon or orange about 70 calories a drink <_<

No Moscato?? ;)

I LOVE Moscato....

Thanks everyone. I am gonna try vodka with lipton diet iced tea peach flavour. You can drink 250ml for only 2cal and then just add the vodka calories. So quiet low if I added it up right. Does anyone know how many calories vodka has just by itself

About 80 cals a shot. And completely worth having to burn it off later! :P
