I was banded 5 mos. ago and just had my 1st alcoholic beverage since being banded. Pre band, I could drink a whole bottle of Moscato d'Asti...don't judge me, LOL. I poured a wine glass full earlier and could only take about 4 small sips. I was wasted! Geez...luckily, my neighbor is a lush!

This is probably a stupid question but isn't a beer carbonated? I don't drink because I figured all beer was? And bottled stuff(Smirnoff mikesi) ect

Not a stupid question at all. Its discussed all the time on here.

The beer I drink is carbonated, and I don't have issues with it.

Carbonation:

There are some who will say that its forbidden after banding.

And some who say "as much as you want".

I haven touched carbonated anything since banded in feb 2013 I'd be to scared to try lol

Vodka and Crystal Light

Jose Cuervo light margarita. Already has the alcohol in it. 4oz = 95 calories
