Good for you! Pull up your big girl panties, dust yourself off, you can do it! As jessiquoi said, you haven't gained, so you need to get back to the losing mode!

So I was banded April 25, 2012 weighing in at my highest EVER 325lbs within the first 3 months I've manage to lose 40lbs got down to 285lbs. So from July 2012 until now I've only lost 12lbs
It's time to get back on track . And I'm determine to do what it take to be one of the people who've found success in this. So like the late Aaliyah said "If at first you don't succeed dust yourself off and try again".....and I'm going to do just that, try again.
