Lol im having a definite problem I hate milk... never noticed how picky my eatting habits are...no shakes for me...anyone tried any fruity protien juices?

I tried one, it was whey protein but the flavor was apple and I hated it! I also cant stand milk, but only cows milk. I make my shakes out of vanilla and coconut almond milk and mix a lil yogurt in and its pretty good.

So I went to buy almond milk I still cant drink the shake I start to feel nauseated :/ im gonna see if theres an alternate that I can replace them with

I use Body Fortress protein shots in Fruit Punch and Grape (WalMart). They are either 2 oz (26g protein) or 4 oz (42g protein) and if you mix them in water they taste like regular juice - I just down them from the bottle, since the band I have no appetite so the faster I can get through with something the better.

I use coconut water with pineapple to fix my shakes it is great..

I use isopure 0. Carb I have had the blue raspberry it reminds me of Gatorade n coconut 40 G protein 160 calories .... New direction choc shake make withb water is good and they also have a pineapple one that's good too.

Yes, I use the "Dole Shakers" (fruit) and add UNflavored UNjury
