December 21, 2012 was my surgery date and starting weight was 298lbs........ As of today I am down 109lbs!!!!! I now weight 188 and it is the the most amazing feeling. I have so much energy now. I eat very well and work out 5x a week. Lap band was the best decision for me!!!!
