Can this be done by me?!

I am freaking out a little. I said when the month started I was going to change my eating, then put it off to when kids start school, then when my husband stops being sick... ok enough! My husband is still sick but I can't be any good to him if I am unhealthy because of my choices. Wow! I can do this for myself and my family. Tomorrow I start by having a protein shake for breakfast instead of Jack In The Box, and a salad for lunch! I Can do this! My new Mantra!

Today is the day. You want to be healthy? I bet more than anything, you do.

It's time to take care of you!!! No one else will, its up to you.

Your profile is not filled out, so I really don't know where you are in this process, but I would suggest, eating good Protein at every meal. A salad will not hold you over, unless it has protein in it, like chicken. Protein, protein, protein is the key to keeping full longer. Drinking lots and lots of Water will help too.

You can do this!

Sorry that you have an unwell husband, that must be stressful and stress is not helpful. Try a find a new way to relieve stress, like taking a walk, pulling weeds, cleaning something or a hobby, do not use food.

Say I can and I will because "I want this".

You sound like I use to also...

One of the hardest things through the last 2 years for me was making ME TIME and putting myself first for a change....BUT I also knew I had to be around to care for my family especially my special needs son...when my arms got shorter then my bellie was wide and I couldn't lift him any more I knew....the time was NOW...You can do it...baby steps...and put yourself first or a change ...~hugs~

I agree with all the posts above. Smart successful ladies! Just do it for yourself and no one else. You deserve to come first!
