Newbie - august 6th

Hi everyone,

I received my band only a few days ago on August 6th in Tasmania. I've been browsing here and have found some really helpful info and just wanted to reach out and say hi. I look forward to sharing my success as well as hearing about yours.

The worst part for me is the gas pain. It was mainly in my shoulder but now is also under my left ribs. But.. I know that'll pass soon enough so I'm moving forward one day at a time. :)

Welcome to the other side! I was Banded on May 1. The gas pain wasn't too bad but I had pain in my left shoulder that was the worse. Keep moving around, walk and it will pass. Good luck!

Welcome to the journey of your lifetime! By the way, I visited Tasmania in 1999 and LOVED IT!

Best wishes for speedy recovery; I am pre-band and learning so much here. Thanks for posting!
