Post op Day 4 really groggy

Hello,

So I am post op day 4 and I feel so miserable. I am trying to stay positive around family and friends but I don't feel like being bothered because I am in pain. I have no appetite and everyone is telling me to drink when I don't want it or to walk when I feel weak.

I'm one week out and it'll get better I felt just the same but you do need to at least drink Water . All thou walking hurts if u can get up an pace the room for at least 5 minutes a few times a day the next day u will be even better. Good luck

Definitely stay hydrated. Dehydration is one of the bandster's biggest enemies.

Thank you all I will go get my Water now and get my walking in. I wanted to go walk a track, do you think that it is too soon for that?
