Can you help me with these?

Can you please give me a list of all protein supplements for drinks and things you add to food for more protein plus some of the vitamins and brands you use. Thanks so much

I like the Nectar by Syntax. They have a special where you can order 12 samples for $13.99 by calling them (866-333-7403 x803) I like the Vanilla Bean Torte, Double Stuffed Cookie and Chocolate Truffle. I tried Unjury too but for me, it had an after taste. The Unjury Chicken Soup wasn't bad but a little salty. I haven't tried the unflavored but it's on my list to do. I think the key is to find a few different flavors that you like so you don't get bored.

Premier Protein shakes available at costco have 30 g of protein/160 cals per shake. very tasty.

And Oh Yeah! has tons of low sugar high Protein Shakes, available at luckyvitamin.com and the Vitamin Shoppe

Thanx so much for the info.

Egg whites will bump up the protein in oatmeal, and PB2 a powdered peanut butter product adds flavor and protein to drinks without the fat of regular peanut butter. Greek yogurt, liquid semi formed and frozen are all good protein sources. Mix shakes with unsweetened almond milk for lower calorie shakes.

I've tried the Unjury, but these sound worth trying. Double Stuffed Cookie? How can that be bad? Lol!

I just ordered Unjury unflavored protein. The thought of taking another drink of a protein shake made me seriously gag. The unflavored powder can be placed in any drink, or food, cottage cheese, yogurt, mashed potatoes, etc. Im thrilled to never drink another shake. Yack!

I like this website bariatricchoice.com , it has a few different brands. I like the nectar protein too. There is also some clear protein drinks. They taste like fruit juice or lemon aid but have like 15 grams of protein but aren't thick like regular protein drinks. I like the bariwise wild berry.
