Where should I move? OR, FL, TX, or CA?

Hi all, I want to move out of the Midwest to a warmer climate. I'd like an area with good jobs, water, and nice beaches. Thoughts?

Summer's are hot, but we have had some mild winters lately. Has some of the best medical too. I guess you would be needing a bariactric doc?

    I have lived in NC, S FL and now N FL. I love the beaches in S FL, but hate the traffic. I love it here in Jacksonville, beaches are nice, the weather is good and don't mind the traffic. It is a big city with a small town feel. My husband and I am from the Midwest too. Find the job first!

    We also loved the mountains in NC, but with jobs the way they are these days I would be more worried about that!

    Just wanted to say love NC. I was born in Jacksonville and I have family in Sneadsferry NC. Haven't been back in awhile We we're military so we moved a lot and eventually after retirement got stuck here in TX for the jobs. My husbands in aviation, it's big here. Enjoy it for me. :)

    yep, my ole man ex military also and understand the constant moving...hub is from nc and hence why we are here......let me know if you pass through..
