I was told 7 days but I laughed at that. I said heck I've been married 18 years with three kids. We are lucky if we have enough strength for once a month Christy

  • It will be nearly 7 months. Of course my hubby is deployed so its not like I have another option.

He has not and will not see any progress pics until I see him at his mid-tour leave. It will have been 9 months since he left and 7 months since I was banded. I'm really working toward a total of 75 pounds lost. Ambitious, but I'm motivated. :D

Three weeks, heck w/ those staples in, I wouldn't even let him see me change. After the staples were out I felt better but still held off. Now it is back to normal. It should be what you are comfortable with, go with the flow.

4 days post op. No issues. Have IUD so didn't worry about birth control.
