Yes, I'm glad I did. I'm in my late 50s and found out I' have a good heart. No blockages. You never know at my age, with the weight I could have been a ticking time bomb. but I guess all the working out it did before my knees ave out paid off. Also, the lower fat I have been eating even though I couldn't loose the weight.

I had to have a chemical stress test. I couldn't walk the treadmill because of my arthritis...and because I was so sedentary, they wanted me to have the stress test..

Yep - I had one too.

I was like gowalking, they would have had me do the treadmill but I have a torn meniscus in my knee, so they did a chemical stress test. I was so glad. But then they found something and that's a whole other story. It cost me 3 months.

I had one a few years before banding. They started with the treadmill, knowing I had bad knee's and was prepared to switch to chemical stress. But I did it, was so worried, but it was not a problem. They found out my B/P was going all over the place and was pit on medication. Approx. 4mths into banding, I no longer take B/P medicine, yeah.

I had my stress test a couple years before banding. I have had no problems, but I would recommend everyone have one. It is a great diagnostic tool. Better safe than sorry!

Hey bubby i just had my stress test done to last tuesday,an yes i to had to do it on a treadmill lol it was fun i thought. Lol she kept raising it when i just wanted it to go a little faster lol. An boy it really had my heart rate up!!

I have had one heart attack, blockages, and subsequent cardiac Surgery...So .I am required to have a Nuclear Stress test every 12 months since....

Since loosing my weight, I run 5 miles a day...so I pass my stress test with flying colors...barley break a sweat!

Thank You band!!!
