My paper said I can them and guacamole in the first 3 weeks

my diet plan says liquid only

I added water to them and had 4 small spoon fills and I was okay

Best wishes.

i know being hungry will make you want to eat sooner than what the doctors instructions advise you and you may think just alittle won't hurt.....but sometimes it is just best to hang in there and tough it out...sure call and ask the dr is it okay and then if it is, go for it.....but remember, if you give in now, will you give in later too?......
